The Year 7-9 production of Mary Poppins is being presented by Firbank and Brighton Grammar (Boys). Laura and I got to go watch. It was really well done. So much talent in these young people.

At work on Thursday there was much discussion about one geological feature that the team had nicknamed the jelly roll.
So I knew what I had to do:

Chocolate Swiss roll with mixed berry jam and chocolate cream. Covered in dark chocolate ganache for good measure.
The swirl is even prettier on the inside.
I still enjoy when my helpers come with me on shopping trips.

Laura was home not feeling well and decided it was the perfect time to build her newest Tinker Crate.

We have a new pool table. Everybody is enjoying it.

Last weekend Colin got to make peanut butter marshmallow squares and snickerdoodles with Mommy.
They were really tasty!

Thursday afternoon often involve a trip to the library for Colin while we wait for L to do dance class. It is one of his happy places.

Over the break there were dinosaurs at the zoo. We went expecting animatronics, instead we got fantastic puppeteers.
They were very convincing.

Colin and Laura share time on the pogo stick now. Colin is getting better.

Colin is continuing his archery every week. He is definitely getting better and after 5 weeks he finally scored over 150! That earned him his next certificate. He is very excited.
