Last week was science week at school so Colin got to do extra experiments at home. He made the paper mache globe posted earlier and also experimented with ooblek and tinfoil boats.
Baking with BDA
This week was mid term break for Brighton Dance Academy so they hosted fun dance classes and social classes instead of the week of regular class.
Laura has fun making cupcakes for class on Sunday afternoon.
Papier-mâché
As part of science week Colin’s class made papier-mâché globes. Cliff did the project, too!
Washing bikes
Colin had a great time this weekend washing all the sawdust off the bicycles.
New dance outfit
Sarah made Laura a wonderful set of new dance clothes. She’s excited to use them for class this week.

It was a lovely weekend. Colin and I spent snack time outside reading and enjoying the sun.
Another project?
Now that the bench is completed it’s time for another project. This time it’s just for her use. More to follow!!
Who needs the swings?
Colin is getting lots of use out of the backyard swing set. I’m not sure why I put the accessories on it. He is happy enough using the top bar to get from one end to the other.
Colin’s Dragon Project
Colin is very proud of completing the painting of his dragon that Grandpa made for him.
