Back to school again. Colin was extra enthused to be starting week 17 of at home remote learning for the year. Thankfully he’ll be back to in person school next week.

Colin and I made cupcakes. There was a variety of sprinkles involved.

We had fun playing Wingspan last night. Colin and I ended up winning, which surprised me since his strategy was to pick the birds based on cuteness rather than points.

Colin wanted to make ice cream over the school break, so we did – chocolate cookies & cream. Yum!

The weather was much better this time! It is so good for the kids to just get out and play.

I still think this light be the best purchase we made in 2020. For Colin it has been a daily activity center that has helped him, and the rest of us, get through all of these months stuck at home.

We tried a new recipe Friday night – tomato soup served with mussels that are baked with a cheesy breadcrumb topping. Cliff did a great job making them!

Walking on the beach counts as exercise, and we’re allowed to go out as a family now. It’s a shame last week’s gorgeous spring weather has disappeared, though.
