These kids are both great at the dentist. Clean teeth and good check ups. 

  

Colin and Daddy hanging out early morning before anyone else is awake. 

  

Colin was in town for meetings and stopped by for brunch. 

  

Today Colin and I made bread. It smells delicious even if the crust is a little too crispy. New recipe, so I’ll adjust the baking times accordingly next time. 

  

Laura’s week ended with sleep away camp with her school friends. She was really excited to go and enjoyed canoeing, swimming, ornithology, orienteering, campfires, smores, and more.  It’s great starting the year with such an exciting adventure shared with her school friends. 

   
   

After such a busy week it’s hard to remember it started with a tour of the HMCS Haida in Hamilton. 

The kids had fun exploring everything from typewriters, to torpedoes. 

   
    
 

Even after a very full day and a late night arrival we needed a picture in front of the Space Cow to prove we are home again.  

  

  

We are staying 2 nights in the same hotel as Grandmother and Grampy. It is a great morning on the patio, 21C (70f), shaded, light breeze, and no humidity.  A perfect morning.
