My apologies to all those that actually live in a cold climate. 

Colin came out of the house yesterday and stated that it was cold out so he HAD to wear his hat. It had dropped to below 25C. 

  

We went out for supper last night with Rachel. It was great to get caught up with an old friend. 

  

Part of the fun of going to the Nutcracker is staying in a hotel overnight.  Cliff and Colin came for the hotel.  We all enjoyed swimming in the indoor/outdoor pool, even though it’s December!   

Going from inside to out:

 

Laura and I had our annual girls’ evening out to see the Nutcracker ballet.  The show was just as spectacular as ever.

Friends came over yesterday for lunch and an investigation of what’s inside a mattress. 

  

We had an impromptu gathering at the Children’s Museum with a couple of friends. 

Colin, Zachary, and Behen had a great time together and played with just about every toy in the hour they were there. 

  

Colin has decided to sound out his words now. It’s going to be a whole new world!

  

Colin got a book from the library that references a “Hello, Goodbye window”. He thought this was a great idea, so as Gramdmother and Grampy were leaving he had to say goodbye from his window. 

  

Our satsuma oranges are ready to enjoy!
