Day 2 of our road trip was good. We got up at around 8:30 and had breakfast at the hotel. After that, we packed up all of our stuff back into the bags and continued. Louisiana feels the same as Texas when it comes to driving albeit a lot flatter. The weather was rainy in the morning, and cleared up as we went. I found a small squishy whale in the center console and named it Moby Dave. We crossed over into Mississippi and visited the birthplace of Kermit the frog museum. Leland, Mississippi is where Kermit was first created, and where Jim Henson, creator of the Muppets, grew up. Afterwards we went to a local diner for lunch and went back to traveling. It was uneventful until we got to the hotel. In Tennessee, the drive became more hilly and we arrived at our hotel in Memphis. We put down our bags and went to the hotel’s gym for a workout. After that, we ordered dinner from the hotel and watched Frozen before going to bed. That’s all for today. Bye!
