This super-cool spider is in our tomatoes. No clue what he plans to do with this zig-zaggy web.

Mary and Will would like to know how big this spider is, please.
About 1″ including legs. See updated picture. It is very calm. The tape measure is touching the web and it’s just hanging out there.

It’s an argiope, and apparently the females (of which this is one) can get quite large. We’ll monitor and report back. If it starts going after the tomatoes we may need to relocate it.
