The family holiday party was held at my workplace Thursday night. Both kids were excited to get face painting. Laura chose a Nutcracker design:
And Colin requested a festive holiday snake. The artist was slightly befuddled, but did an excellent job fulfilling Colin’s request.
Nutcracker matinee on Saturday
Zachary should be arriving soon for a visit!
Colin headed out the door today to hang out with the neighbors across the street, and their cat Napoleon too. 
After the Nutcracker performance, the bun comes out and it’s snack time. Laura also had to study the program tonight to figure out who is performing what role in which show. The mice and the clowns did an excellent job tonight!
