We went to take a ride on the Melbourne Star. It is one of 4 “Observation Wheels” in the world.
Now we have done 2.
It was fun and of course we had ice cream.

We spent a couple of hours this afternoon at the beach digging, getting muddy, splashing, and practicing snorkeling.

Colin is getting better at climbing at the park.

Colin and I got to go to the Legoland Discovery Center this weekend. Thankfully it’s not as busy as the Dallas one was whenever we went.

We were in a department store and came across some unexpected LEGO pals.

Laura and I had fun seeing Taylor Swift last night.
We had noodles for dinner first.

The local radio station was set up outside.

Laura did make a poster to hold up, but I neglected to get a photo at the venue.

It was a huge crowd! We were both exhausted at the end of the night, but had a great time. She proudly wore her new concert T-shirt today.
Laura has after school sports so Colin and I go to the local cafe for a cookie and coffee.
Here are some shots from Surf Beach.

Nothing quite like playing in the surf on the beach – even if not appropriately attired for it.
Laura’s lower half is wrapped in a blanket, and Colin is wearing nothing but my sweater.

The school had a fun circus themed evening with bouncy houses, sausages in bread, and popcorn. Both kids wanted to be the lion for a photo.
Everyone had a fun evening.
