It’s been a busy week finishing up the school year.
Laura had the Year 6 graduation dinner last night. It was wonderful to see how well the school accepts everyone and treats all graduates wonderfully regardless of how long they’ve been at the school, 4 months to 9 years.
Laura got her hair done, and did a couple of group numbers with her classmates. It was a fun evening.

We had the family Christmas party for work on Sunday. Face painting is always a hit. Laura wanted a butterfly, and Colin wanted a turquoise kitten with rainbow whiskers.

The last time Laura put on this dress it was about at her knees. Now it’s much higher.
Either I shrunk it (and all the rest of her clothes) in the wash, or she’s growing!

There are beautiful flowers at the hotel here in Delhi, including all sorts of pools filled with petals.
They make for beautiful spots of colour.

The kids made Christmas card for their teachers today. In an unusual twist, Colin’s required far less parental involvement than Laura’s.

Cliff and I went to the Night Noodle Market and enjoyed lots of delicious Asian foods. We had bao, gyoza, Peking duck pancakes, noodles, and a lovely raspberry-lychee cake. Yum!

Laura and the rest of her Year 6 classmates sang at the Christmas luncheon for the school Parents Association.
They did a good job.

Colin wanted to make a mask. 10 minutes later he became Super Bookworm!
His mask has symbols and colors from books that he has read.
His super power is reading.

We live close enough to pop over to the beach for an hour before supper.
