We went to the Waterway Art Festival today. The kids were excited to get Batman and a butterfly painted on their face.

Good afternoon with friends at a local splash pad.

Laura had a friend over for the afternoon. Everyone got a turn on the swings at the playground.

After lunch today I was invited to play Princess and Knight. Unfortunately I was given second pick so I got to be the Knight. We were busy clearing dinosaurs and dragons from the road to the museum and returning baby dragons to their mommies, with the use of our magic princess wand and knight sword.

Laura is really proud that she is able to swing so high.

Two of Colin’s favorite sayings this week are “What’s that mean?” And “What’s in there?” Mommy’s purse was the latest inquiry.

This photo is not from today, it is from Saturday morning at the farmers’ market. It is very strange to me that strawberry season starts in late March and not late June.

Laura and Grandmother worked for days on a Cinderella show making the scenery, props and stage for the show. Colin had the jobs of ticketing, refreshments, and ushering.

Laura went rock climbing for a friends birthday and loved it!

Grampy helped Laura and Colin plant their sunflowers in the garden.
