Laura and I went rock climbing again yesterday while Colin had fun at care with Ms Eddy.

Laura has been excited since last summer to join Jr Swim Team this year. Today we started!

Laura had a friend over for a sleepover tonight. One of the activities she wanted to do was making ice cream for the ice cream “Saturdays” after supper. Here are the 3 kids rolling the ice cream maker around.

Laura took her summer reading list to the library and started to look up book to read. It’s going to be a very busy reading summer.

Rachel was in town, so we met her at an Italian restaurant. Colin enjoyed his spaghetti with a giant meatball. And we all were simultaneously stunned and appalled at the portion sizes. I couldn’t have finished Laura’s kids’ portion of lasagne, let alone the adult-sized gnocchi that Rachel and I split.

Colin is getting to spend 3 mornings a week with his teacher from this past year. He is having a great time so far.
