Finally got to see my niece Charley, and Kara and Bruce too! The kids all played in a paddling pool and we all relaxed at Charley’s grandparents house.
We didn’t bring swim suits so had to hang out in towels while clothes dried.

We have arrived in Grand Falls safely after our travels. I have limited connectivity here and it’s just been a busy few days.
We had a great visit with the Rowe’s in St John’s. Colin had lots of hugs before leaving. Thankfully we’ll be back to visit them again in a week.
We have settled in at the cabin and today I golfed while the kids went to the salmon ladder with Grandpa. Then this evening he looked after them and did bedtime while I went to my 20th year high school reunion. They had a quilt that was made by some in the class in Grade 6. I had different dreams then. Busy visit! More tomorrow.

Moving away from the travel high chair to the travel booster seat.

Colin got a summer haircut today. He is really patient in the chair and was really excited to check out how “pretty” he looked after.

Got the tent up for the first time in almost 2 years. The kids are excited to be “camping”.

Every Saturday morning outing. It’s so exciting that ~75% of our shopping can be done here.

Both kids passed their swim levels they were in. Yay!

Laura helped Sarah make desert for supper on Saturday evening, under close supervision from Cousin Katie.
