Getting a sucker at the end of class!

Colin and I were playing Mommy and Baby Hippo. For some reason this involved putting on hats when we had to drive to the hippo playground, which we did in the chairs. Then we went back in our cave (under the blankets) to eat some crocodile for a snack.

MacDougall has yet to realize that there may be a reason to sit on the floor other than to love him. He is helping Sarah stretch after her run.

Colin took the components of lunch from his tray and made a fish sandwich. Goldfish crackers between two slices of cheddar cheese! Inventive.

We have decided to try being fish owners again. This time we have 3 guppies in the tank. Wish us luck!

Colin grew from a seed, crouched all the way inside the pot, to a full size sunflower that turned to face the sun.
This was as he was waiting for me to “water” him again so he could grow the second half.

Last day of vacation before school starts again. The kids decided to get in some outdoor playing in the sun.

Colin got a new helmet from Grandpa for Christmas. He was excited to go show it off today.
