She knows the routine. 

 

Sometimes you really NEEEEED a 4 layer cracker cheese sandwich for breakfast, with a side of cheese and yogurt. 

   
 

We got out to the splash pad this morning to burn off a bit of energy. Colin decided that, between spurts of running through the water, he had to hide under the umbrella with me to stay dry from the rain.  

 

When a tropical storm blows in, settle in with a movie. 

  

So fast everything else is a blur.  

 

Laura is having a fun evening with her friend.  

 

  

  

Colin didn’t have swim lessons today but still managed to get wet at the splash pad while Laura was at swim team.  

Laura and I also played golf today. It was a little cooler today so a nice one to be out. The high was supposed to be only 34C today.  

 

Colin seems to be holding his own in a class with many taller students. Unfortunately this means he has to hold tight to the side whe others can stand while waiting for the next turn. He’ll have strong arms
