Both kids had a blast doing the Canadian Forces obstacle course that was set up at the Musical Ride in Ottawa. It won’t be long until Laura will have some real competition from her younger brother.

And over the walls to the finish!  Laura won this time, but Colin was determined to have a rematch later.  

   

This super-cool spider is in our tomatoes.  No clue what he plans to do with this zig-zaggy web.  

  

MacDougall got a new bed. He seem to like it.  

 

Laura and I were inspired by the Great British Bake-Off and made chocolate-raspberry scones.

Colin had a great day playing with his friend Zachary. They hadn’t seen each other since before school let out. They had a great day!
