While Laura painted stars Colin added jut the right amount of glitter to his dinosaurs.  

   

  

Laura is pleased with her school project – a model of the lifecycle of a star.  I am pleased we convinced her to use salt dough rather than papier-mâché.   

   

Sarah was trying on her dance outfit and Colin asked “Mommy, can I dance with you?”

  

Somebody’s penguin joined us for breakfast and insisted on having a photo taken this morning.

  

We visited Sarah at work this afternoon and got to see the race car!

   
   

I don’t know what I like most about these photos, the wonderful swing by Colin, or the smile on Coach Diego’s face. 

   
   

Sarah always sends postcards when on her work trips around the world. The ones from Frankfurt just arrived. 

  

Cliff hasn’t been feeling well this week and I am not keeping up my part of the blogging deal.  Here is a cute one from the hotel in Ajax – post showers, watching a show.

  

Laura and I are working our way through one of my baking cookbooks from front to back.  Today’s recipe:  cinnamon rolls.  They are delicious!

   
 

Sometimes the TV just seems too far away. Problem solved.
