Laura is excited for Spirit week at school. It starts with an 80s day. Lots of color! 
   

 

Colin was building outside. This was a 4 diving board swimming pool in the middle of a very large pond.  

  

One of Sarah’s coworkers was cleaning out and gave the kids form wonderful activity books, beads, and sketch pads. They were delighted. 

  

Colin had a rough evening on Friday. 

It included:

•  getting stuck under his own bed, 
• falling down and getting a splinter (we thought he might have a broken finger based on the volume and duration of the screaming, but no it was a splinter), 
• and this doozy… Getting stuck in the frisbee he was playing with. 

   
 

The girls in Grade 4 decorated cup cakes this morning. They all made some interesting and tasty designs. 

    

Colin was a big fan of the spaghetti I made for supper. 

  
 

Colin and his friend were playing reading. They got books and made up stories for their stuffed animal friends. 

  

One of the best parts of going to an event… Treats!

   
 

I took the kids to Monster Jam – Monster Truck Races. We got to go down on the field before the event and had a great time checking out all the trucks. It was a little overwhelming at first but we got used to it. 
   
    
 

Too bad, I want some attention.
