From Monday in Hamilton

How often has a parent ever asked a kid to throw bricks?  The kids were happy to help. 

For Thanksgiving weekend we visited family in Hamilton.  As is tradition now, we spent a day at the Rockton World’s Fair.  I think kids and adults had a great time.

We managed to get all 3 families (and grandparents) together at the Rockton World’s Fair for a glorious fall day.

Laura and I get to hang out on Wednesday afternoons while Colin plays tennis. She took the time this week to catch up on homework. 

It’s amazing what can be had for free from neighbors. Well, if you’re willing to replace the rotten bits and put it all back together again. Kids seem to love it. 

It’s a fort, a schooner, a submarine, and I’m sure many other things as time goes on. 

He hasn’t mastered it yet, but he’s getting there.

Colin was up earlier than us this morning and headed to the bakery with Steve and Angela and Zachary.

Then they decided that playing in the fountains in their pajamas would be fun.

Laura had a group lesson today with other kids her age.
