We are off to look for migrating birds – headed down to the Bolivar peninsula for a long weekend.

I was working from home and Pancake came to visit me in the office. She spotted a ball of thread on a shelf and then tried to sneak it to play with it – and every time I looked at her, she pretended to have no interest in it whatsoever, like it just happened to be there on the floor next to her.

Laura had her braces taken off today. Quite a change from 3 years ago! (in many ways!)
Colin was supposed to have his first swim lesson of the season today, so we heated up the pool. The instructor had to cancel, so he and Cliff made use of the pool anyway. Pancake is NOT happy when Colin is in the pool.
The kids’ school is having international week and Colin got to dress in “Canadian” outfit.
