Hello! day 43 was a regular day here. We worked on a puzzle, plaed board games, read, and generally had a chill day. Laura and Daddy went out for a sail to the island we can see out our back windows and back. they had fun. that’s all i can really talk about here. Bye! -Colin
Hello! day 42 was good. when i got up, daddy and Grandmother had gone out for a kayak. I had some breakfast, then Mummy and I went out for a run. once we got back, Grampy and I worked on a new puzzle for a bit. we had lunch and then went out to practice wet exits. a wet exit is laving a kayak after the boat has flipped over. the water was very cold, but both me and Laura did them twice. when daddy and Laura tried it with a two person kayak, it didn’t flip correctly and they ended up with the back half submerging when they were close to shore. they made it back, and i went back up to the house and got warmed up. we had some supper, and we went to bed. hello! day 41 was fun. once we were ready for the day, we went out to visit some family. they are my second cousins, and it was at my great-uncle’s house. we had fun, played some card games, and played outside. we just generally had fn together. we found some LEGO near the end of the visit and tried to put some old sets back together. once we got back, we had some supper and went to bed. Hello! day 40 was busy. once I got up, daddy was out on the lake with a boat. I had breakfast, and we got ready for the day. Me and Grampy worked on a smaller but different shaped puzzle for a bit, and daddy got back. we had some lunch, we kept working on the puzzle for a bit, and then Mummy and i went for a run, which took about 1/2 an hour. when we got back, me and Grampy finished the puzzle, and I read for a while before supper. we went out for fish and chips, and then went to bed. Hello! day 39 was a very good day. once i got up and had some breakfast, we worked on the puzzle for a while and got close to finishing it. I played some video games, and we just had a chill morning. after we had lunch, we kept putting the puzzle together. i went off to read for a little while, and when i got back, the puzzle was almost done! it was time for supper though. after we had supper, we finished the puzzle! once it was done, we all went to bed. Hello! day 32 was good. we went out to the mall and the pants we got were the right size. we then checked out a book store and got a Wings of Fire book. Bye! -Colin
Hello! I just notied today that i had completely mixed up the dates and day numbers of some posts, so those have all been fixed. i also missed 2 days. i am catching up now! day 31 was okay. the only thing i really remember is tat we went to the mall to pick up my pants for the funeral, and they were still the wrong size. after that, we checked out the game Stop nearby for a little bit (we didn’t buy anything) and went home, and then went to bed. that’s all for now. bye! -Colin
hello! day 38 was a good day. once i woke up, Mummy, Daddy, and Grandmother were already up. i played some video games a bit and then had breakfast, and we got out a puzzle to start once Grampy woke up. we worked on the puzzle for a while, and i cleaned up my room. it was a very chill day with very few big events. we had fun together, and that’s all that matters. hello! day 37 was a very good day. most of it was travel back to our house in Nova Scotia. there were some interesting birds we saw on the way, and the flight had some really cool cloud shapes out the window. the drive in Nova Scotia was a bit better because we were in our car, not a rental. once we got back, though, Grandmother and Grampy were waiting for us at the house! we had lots of hugs and went to bed. hello. day 36 was the funeral serice. there isn’t much i want to talk about during the service, but afterward we had a bunch of mini sandwiches for lunch, and we went to my cousins’ house afterwards again. i will be writing more in future blog posts, since these few days i don’t want to talk about. bye! -Colin
