This is what it’s like attempting to call home while I’m away. The kids are either manic, or would rather read books than talk to Mommy. So the adults talk about kid stuff while they just do stuff in the vicinity of the phone and yell, “Hi Mommy!” from time to time.

I think we are raising a future lover of books. I had to take this picture in motion. He wouldn’t stop reading even to walk from the car to the house.
