Hello again. Day 3 of our road trip has been a bit uneventful. Today we passed through Tennessee, Virginia, and are finishing up in Maryland. we’ll stay in Maryland for a few days while we visit Washington D.C. Today has been nice, but not exciting. Laura got me a new book called Strangeworlds Travel Agency, and it is really good. I definitely recommend it. We have kept listening to our Aru Shah audiobook, and it has also been really good. I have had to clarify names and such for my dad. the main interesting thing today has been that there was a wild cat (not a wildcat!) in the parking lot of a Macdonalds we stopped at for lunch. The scenery around us while we’re nearby the Eastern side of the Appalachian mountains is amazing! the hills are giant, and the rock walls in between some of them look like they’re not correctly oriented, no matter which direction I imagine them to be!
