It was a long day for our kids. The school does a walkathon in the morning (pictures to come), then a full day of school, then Laura had 2 hrs of dance practice, and we finally got out trick or treating in our new neighborhood. They are ready for bed tonight. 

They both really enjoyed their costumes. Laura chose and made most of her costume as a Pokémon Trainer, and Sarah did an amazing job sewing a Pokémon Charmander costume for Colin. They had a great time together. 

One of the local temples does a big food truck party as a fundraiser.  We had lots of yummy food!  Naturally, the treats were the best part.

I got to watch Laura’s dance class today. She has improved so much. It is great to see her dance. She is a wonderful ballerina.

It’s always useful to make sure you’re comfortable when settling in with a book. 

The kids got to show us their school. Each showed us a work and then showed us around the outside area. 

Magic mud!  

Both kids had a great morning helping me take down a brick wall in the garden.
