Mary reads her two cookbooks every single day. And demands that we make supper from her cookbooks. I confess I told her that yesterday’s turkey bolognese was from the “noodles & sauce” recipe in the red cookbook. There are some advantages to pre-literacy.
Ha! I remember being so dismayed when Laura found a receipt that said I had bought jelly beans and she wanted to know where the jelly beans were. Damn literacy!
